This UK fan site is dedicated to the extremely talented & beautiful Marya Roxx. Marya is a singer/songwriter who was born in Estonia on the 18th of January 1986. When Marya was 7 years old she won the televised Estonian singing contest for children. She won this 3 times in total & is the only person to have ever done so! Since then she has won numerous contests & was also one of the solo-singers & bassist in a highly successful girl pop-rock band. Since 2005 Marya has been a solo artist & has achieved 2 hit records.
In 2007, Marya Roxx recorded her own album at the world-renowned Document Room in Malibu with vastly experienced producer Kevin Shirley (Iron Maiden; Dream Theater; Led Zeppelin; Him, etc.) She was accompanied by incredible musicians Paul Crook on guitar (Meat Loaf; Anthrax; Sebastian Bach); Brian Tichy on drums (Ozzy Osbourne; Slash's Snakepit; Gilby Clarke; Pride & Glory); Derek Sherinian on keyboards (Yngwie Malmsteen; Dream Theater) & Scott Metaxas on bass (Nuclear Assault).
This heavy metal album is to be released in the UK, the US & the rest of the world in 2008. 21?! is the first track off the album & this has been released as an EP. Marya is currently performing in Las Vegas and will start touring in Los Angeles in April. Her touring band consists of the phenomenal John Miceli on drums (Meat Loaf; Marchello; Faith and Fire); Joey Vera on bass (Armored Saint, Fates Warning) & Paul Crook on guitar. Marya's true passions in life are singing, performing & writing hard rock music & now that she has teamed up with such legendary artists the result will be awesome live performances & a truly outstanding metal album!
